TDI Nitrox Diver Course is an entry level course for divers wishing to continue their diver education and utilise enriched air nitrox as a breathing gas to extend no decompression limits at depth.

How do I begin?

You start with the training materials. We will provide you with and TDI Nitrox Diver online code so you can do all your studying at home before you come to Cyprus.

What's in the course?

  • The benefits, hazards, and proper procedures for using nitrox mixes from 22 through 40 percent oxygen content
  • Equipment considerations, cylinder labelling, analysing nitrox mixtures, and gas blending procedures
  • Ability to dive utilizing EAN-22 to EAN-40 without direct supervision
  • Ability to enrol in TDI Advanced Nitrox, TDI Decompression Procedures, TDI Closed Circuit Rebreather courses

How long does it take?

The TDI Nitrox course takes 1 day.


What qualifications do I need?

The SDI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent is the prerequisite or you must be enrolled in an Open Water course.

The minimum age of enrolment on this programme is 15yrs.
