Features

1st Stage Regulator

  • The compensated diaphragm mechanism facilitates breathing and provides consistent performance while protecting internal moving parts from the outside environment.
  • Its T-design is compact and allows for optimal hose organization.
  • Its unique forged body contains less brass. It is therefore more compact and lighter than other regulators.
  • Its outer polyurethane coating protects metal parts from shocks.
  • The MP and HP outputs are perfectly positioned for simplified hose positioning.
  • The caliper screw is perforated to avoid water retention in the steering wheel.

 

2nd Stage Regulator

  • The unique Comfo-Bite tip with patented jaw reduces maxillary fatigue.
  • A removable and reusable clip allows an easy and quick replacement of the nozzle.
  • Thanks to a reduced number of parts and easy access to the exhalation valve by means of a clipped deflector, maintenance is simple.
  • The in-line adjustment knob of the Venturi effect makes it possible to make efficient and progressive adjustments thanks to an ergonomic design that makes it easy to handle even with gloves.
  • The overpressure button is designed in polyurethane for excellent resistance to abrasion and tearing, as well as protection against shocks, easy water evacuation and reduced inspiratory effort. Side openings prevent continuous flow when the user swims against the current or uses an underwater scooter.
  • The use of reinforced polycarbonate in the manufacture of the second stage gives it a better resistance.
  • The baffle breaks the bubbles to reduce noise and protect the valve during exhalation.

Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us and we will make every effort to get your goods to you as efficiently as possible.

All orders placed before 1pm will be despatched on the same day subject to payment authorization and item availability.

If your order total is under €100 then you can choose one of the following options:

If you select to collect from store, we will put your goods to one side and contact you when they are ready for collection. If the order is placed before 1PM then they will be available to collect after 1PM that same day.

Your order will be shipped with your courier of choice to the branch closest to the address completed in your shipping information. Payment for delivery will be made upon collection of your goods from the relevant branch.

EU and International Delivery 

Our website has a comprehensive postage system which takes into account the weight of your delivery and the destination address – to get a quote for your order please add the products you’d like to buy to your basket, go to the basket page and fill in your details to get a shipping price. All international deliveries are shipped via Aramex and you will be provided with digital tracking information and estimated delivery date for your order upon confirmation.

Backorder Stock

We endeavour to keep all popular items in stock in range of sizes and varieties, however, due to the huge quantity of products we stock, we offer the ability to backorder products which have gone out of stock and less popular products we do not carry stock of. 

Contact us here, to place a backorder stock request. We will then organise a personalised order, to confirm the order we will request a 50% deposit for the product via secure payment link, at which point you will receive an estimated time of delivery. When the stock arrives in store, we will contact you for the balance payment of your order and arrange for delivery or collection.

Returns

You can return any product that is in an UNOPENED, RE-SALEABLE condition within 30 days as long as it is not marked as clearance. Please contact us before doing this so we can confirm this ahead of time – we recommend using a recorded delivery service for any returns as you will be responsible for ensuring it reaches us.

Please get in touch to confirm a return by email or phone before sending anything back. When sending a return it is important that you include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name & a contact telephone number
  • The reason for return

We will try and get your return processed as quickly as possible but if you don’t send this information it can delay the return.

Exchange

If you have ordered something and it doesn’t fit then we can exchange for a more suitable size, stock permitting, but you will have to pay the return postage. If your product arrives with a fault or defect, please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product with photos and an explanation of the defect to receive an exchange.

Cancellation

Our customers have the right to cancel their orders within 7 days unless their order has been dispatched. After the order has been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to return the item in a saleable condition and receieve either a full or partial refund.
