TDI CCR Advanced Mixed Gas (100m)

The highest level of Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) training that TDI offers, the Advanced Mixed Gas Course will teach you how to use the full capabilities of a CCR. With a maximum depth of 100 metres, this course opens up a whole new realm of diving including new wrecks, caves and walls to explore in depths you previously could not reach on a rebreather. This intensive course conducted over seven dives will focus on all the elements needed to plan and execute dives to these depths

How do I begin?

You start with the training materials, if you did not get them with a previous course. We will provide you with and TDI CCR online code or TDI Diving Rebreathers manual. You also need to have a copy of the manufacturer's manual for the specific unit.

How long does it take?

The TDI CCR Advanced Mixed Gas course takes 5 days.

What qualifications do I need?

The TDI CCR Mixed Gas Diluent Diver (or equivalent) is the pre-requisite for this course along with proof of 100 logged CCR hours over a minimum of 100 dives. (50% must be deeper than 30m and all must be deeper than 9m)

The minimum age of enrolment on this programme is 18yrs

Cost?

TDI CCR Advanced Mixed Gas course is 7 dives and costs €1200.00 including gases, cylinders and boat (certification and unit hire is not included).
